Crockpot Margarita Chicken

Crockpot Margarita Chicken

 

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole (3-1/2-pound size) chicken, cut up
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup tequila
  • 2 Tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Heat garlic in olive oil. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Pour garlic oil into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
