Crockpot Banana Dessert

Crockpot Banana Dessert

Ingredients:

    6 ripe but firm bananas, peeled
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup dark corn syrup
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
    3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice (1 medium lemon)

Preparation:
Arrange peeled bananas in the bottom of crockpot; sprinkle with coconut, cinnamon, and the salt.

Combine dark corn syrup, butter, lemon peel and juice; pour over banana layer.

Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
